Nandkishore Vyas (Bilal) (born 6thNovember 1969) is an Indian politician from the state of Telangana. He is currently the MLA Candidate of Goshamahal Assembly Constituency in Hyderabad from BRS Party and is known for his Philanthropic activities. He started his political career in Telugu Desam Party in the year 1997 and was convenor of Maharajgunj constituency and later served as the city secretary, he left the party in the year 2005, later he joined Bhartiya Janta Party in the year 2012 and was a prominent MLA Aspirant but due to his secular ideology and unwillingness to deliver hate speeches he was not given the MLA Ticket, he then joined Bharat Rashtra Samithi (then Telangana Rashtra Samithi) in 2014 and has been a prominent face of BRS Party from Goshamahal constituency.

Nandkishore Vyas (Bilal) was born on 6thNovember 1969 to a Marwadi Hindu Family in Maharajgunj, Goshamahal constituency of Hyderabad. He is the fourth of seven children born to Madanlal Vyas and Maina Devi Vyas (Bilal).

Vyas belonged to a very humble family and started working at the age of 15 and funded his own education. He completed his schooling from Vivek Vardhini School and studied BA Political Science from Vivek Vardhini Degree College, Hyderabad. Parallelly he started Steel and Metal business. Due to his immense hardwork and experience he was appointed as the youngest Secretary of Metal Merchant Association of Hyderabad. While working in the business, Vyas faced a lot of challenges from the Officials of various departments, which led him to think of becoming someone who can voice against injustice. He became the youngest Trustee of his community Sikhwal Samaj in the year 1993. It was his idea, hardwork and dedication that helped in building the Shrung Rishi Bhavan, a community hall for the Sikhwal Samaj along with his panel, seeing this he and his panel won in the Sikhwal Samaj Elections with majority, He was then appointed as the General secretary of Sikhwal Pragathi Samaj in the year 1997. Later in 2015 he was chosen as the President of his community. He is incumbent President of the Sikhwal Pragati Samaj, under his presidency he took up lot of development activities, promoted girl child education, organized several Health camps, Encouraged the young students by distributing laptops which motivated them to perform better.  

Nand Kishore Vyas Bilal started his political career in 1997 with Telugu Desam Party and was appointed as the Convenor & Incharge of Maharajgunj constituency by then Chief Minister Nara Chandra babu Naidu. With his Hard work and determination, he rose the TDP in Maharajgunj constituency in no time. He was an active and ground level leader always in the public which made him the face of Party in the constituency. He conducted door to door campaigns and introduced the government schemes to the beneficiaries. He then became the Probable MLA candidate from TDP in 1999, but due to TDP-BJP alliance the ticket was given to the BJP Candidate where his support and hard work played a key role in the victory of the BJP Candidate. In 2002 Nara Chandra Babu Naidu gave him the responsibility of Corporator elections where two of his given candidates won with huge majority in tough divisions. Seeing the outcome of his work he was appointed as the City Secretary in 2004. Due to the sudden demise of his younger brother he had to leave the party to fulfill his personal responsibilities.  

Though he left politics but serving to the people of Goshamahal continued. His sheer thought of giving back to the society made him to form Adityakrishna Charitable Trust in the year 2010. The Trust was formed to help the people of Goshamahal. He distributed sewing machines, rice bags, medical necessities, conducted medical camps, learning camps, employment generating camps.

All his Philanthropic work got to the eyes of senior BJP leaders and on the call of G. Kishan Reddy and Bhandaru Dattatrey, Vyas joined Bhartiya Janta Party in 2013 with 20,000 people and was immediately appointed as the Hyderabad Parliament Incharge and Statue of Unity Wing President. He was the only probable MLA Candidate of BJP from Goshamahal as he was the only person who uplifted the Bhartiya Janta Party in the constituency ruled by congress. He conducted a voter enrollment drive and enrolled 92,000 new Voters in the constituency and 2,62,000 voters in the city. Due to his secular ideology and unwillingness to deliver Hate speeches, the party gave the ticket to T. Raja Singh, then on the request of his followers Vyas contested in the 2014 elections independently and lost to T. Raja Singh as he couldn’t reach the public with a new symbol.  

In 2015 he joined Bharat Rashtra Samithi, with a motive to provide better facilities to public at large and rose the Party in Goshamahal constituency by conducting membership drives and enrolled 1 Lakh memberships of active party member 2 times and was awarded state first among 119 constituencies of Telangana. In 2016 he played a key role in the GHMC Corporator elections and 4 candidates of BRS Party were elected as corporators. He conducted several party programs and charity programs in the constituency. He built a team of people to conduct door to door campaigns to introduce government welfare schemes to the beneficiaries. He always promoted girl child education and empowered women to work in the field. In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic hit the entire world and he was the only leader from his constituency who took a step forward and motivated his people to be there for each other. He distributed rice bags, groceries, medical kits, COVID-19 necessities like Masks, Sanitizers and PPE Kits, he arranged beds and oxygen cylinders for people who were in need. He conducted huge Vaccination drives for the people of Goshamahal constituency and made sure that no one is left unvaccinated. In 2023 he was appointed as the official BRS Party incharge of the Goshamahal constituency and is the MLA Candidate of Goshamahal Assembly Constituency.  

Nandkishore Vyas Bilal is considered a leading Philanthropist in Goshamahal Constituency. His vision of helping the needy made him start Aditya Krishna Charitable Trust in the year 2010. The Trust aims to provide financial aid to students to pursue their educational goals, improve the livelihood of people in the remote areas, promote women empowerment and employment, provide pregnancy kits and old age care to the needy. he has distributed several sewing machines to women to earn their livelihood, helped many families by distributing rice bags when Hyderabad city was hit by floods, constructed several toilets in the Goshamahal Constituency for public to promote hygiene and proper sanitation. He also funded various religious activities and programs like Bhagwat Katha’s, Tulsi Vivah’s, Samuhik Vivah where several girls of under privileged families are married in a group, he also contributed funds in the construction of various temples and goushalas and in the Ganesh pandals, Durga mata mandapams, Bonalu jatras and many other religious festivals and activities in the goshamahal constituency. He also contributed to the construction of Shri Ram Janmabhumi temple.  

During the Covid-19 pandemic, when the entire world was in lockdown, and was going through a tough phase, Nandkishore Vyas Bilal started an initiative called “Feed the Needy” in Goshamahal Assembly and distributed food and grocery Kits along with Masks, Sanitizers and PPE Kits to 45,000 under privilege families of Daily wage labours, sweepers, scavengers and other needy people. He also arranged beds and oxygen cylinder for people who were impacted with COVID-19. He conducted huge Vaccination drives and mobile vaccination points in each area of his constituency. The people of Goshamahal call him Daanveer who has always gone out of his way to GIVE back to the needy.  He has been awarded with several titles in his community and other communities for his philanthropic ideology.  He was honored with several awards at various platforms for serving the people in the corona pandemic.

His Vision is to make Goshamahal “A Model Constituency” in the entire Nation. He believes in the development of his people by providing them with better infrastructure, better education and better standard of living.
